What is the purpose of AI and how does it complete it?
• To perform tasks that require human intelligence • AI is trained by giving it sets of data and being programmed to learn from this

What are features of the Data Protection Act?
1) Data must be collected in a legal way. The organisation must be honest and clear about why they want your information 2) Data must not be kept for longer than is necessary. Once a company has no more practical uses of your data, they must delete it
Features of the Computer Misuse Act (Levels of illegal activity)
1) Unauthorised Access to computer material which refers to accessing a computer system without permission 2) Unauthorised Access with intent to commit further offences, which refers to breaking into a computer system with the intent to commit further offences
