Required practicals

A petri dish agar is heated to 150 C to ensure it is free from bacteria. Work near a bunsen burner so the upward drapht from the flame takes away airborne bacteria. Sterilise inoculating loop by passing it through a flame. Bacteria culture is moved into agar petri dish using an inoculating loop or pouring the bacteria. The lid should not be opened fully otherwise bacteria can get in. Put paper soaked in antibiotics in there and wait 48 hours at 25 C Measure area of influence
