-bone marrow transplant destroy cancer cells and replace with a transplant of normal, blood forming stem cells -skin graft stem cells are sprayed onto the damaged area -cornea repair using patients own stem cells to fix damaged cornea. there is no risk of the transplant tissue being rejected
