Front (Question)
What does a C–C double bond consist of?
Back (Answer)
A σ (sigma) bond and a 𝛑 (pi) bond - σ bond formed by direct overlap of orbitals between bonding atoms - 𝛑 bond = sideways overlap of adjacet p orbitals above and below the C atoms. The e- of this is concentrated above and below the carbon atoms.

Front (Question)
Do C–C double bonds count as one or two electron reigions?
Back (Answer)
One. This is important when working out the shape of alkenes. They have equal repulsion to sigma bonds
